A reputable Telecommunication Company is looking for a high-caliber Officer to provide Account Servicing, Recruitment & Staffing support to various business units. The incumbent is responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Provide Recruitment and Staffing support to assigned business units;
- Manage the overall Recruitment cycle and all Staffing activities;
- Maintain all types of Employment Contracts and make improvements deemed necessary;
- Implementing manpower planning and overall human resources development;
- Conduct Recruitment and Staff reports for various business units;
- Analyze all the related data and draw implications on those reports so as to identify further Recruitment strategies; and
- Provide a full range of HR support to designed business units.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management & related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years HR-related experience preferably gained from Telecom industry or MNC;
- Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinances and Recruitment practices;
- Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical, flexible and detail-minded
- Independent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
